This slicer can slice as thin as 1mm or as thick as 10mm (.4"), making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese.

The sliding carriage is gravity fed with the food tray angled toward the blade, allowing you to make precise cuts without manually feeding or pushing your roasts, hams, and pork bellies. The food holder and included hand guard offer added protection, and the stainless steel blade turns at 520 RPM for quick and easy slicing. With a one-hour run time, you have plenty of time to complete the job in one session.

Incredibly simple to use, the slicer's intuitive controls allow you to adjust the thickness of your slices easily. The BigBite Slicer features a powerful 0.43 HP (320 watts) induction motor, stainless steel housing, and skid-resistant rubber feet. It comes with a replacement belt and blade sharpening stone, and is not suitable for cutting frozen foods or non-food items.
